We are seeking a dynamic and creative

Social Media Expert Intern

to join our team at Athenian Salon and Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing digital marketing activities, supporting brand growth, and building an online presence for a renowned salon and academy.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include:

Content Creation:

Develop engaging and visually appealing content (images, videos, posts) for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). Collaborate with the team to highlight the best aspects of our salon and academy services.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow our social media presence by posting content regularly, engaging with followers, and responding to comments/messages promptly. Schedule posts and stories to ensure a consistent social media presence.

Digital Marketing Support:

Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Monitor and report on ad performance using tools like Facebook Ads Manager.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze key metrics (likes, engagement, reach, followers) to measure the success of social media strategies. Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimize content and campaigns.

Research and Strategy:

Conduct research on trends, competitors, and audience preferences to enhance content and strategies. Brainstorm and propose creative ideas to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Communication and Collaboration:

Work closely with our marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure alignment with the brand's voice and goals. Participate in regular meetings to discuss campaign progress and opportunities.

Skill Development:

Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing and social media. Enhance skills in using tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and more.

Requirements:

Passion for social media and digital marketing. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Creative thinking and a strong eye for design. Basic knowledge of analytics tools and reporting. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A keen interest in beauty, fashion, and wellness is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,080.93 - ₹40,000.00 per month
