: Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a

creative Social Media Marketing Executive

who lives and breathes social platforms especially

Instagram

and knows how to turn content into engagement, followers, footfall and leads. Digital marketing knowledge is a plus, but

social media handling is the core responsibility

.

Primary Responsibilities (Social Media - Core Role)

Handle end-to-end social media management for the brand Plan, create & manage content across

Instagram (primary), Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms

Manage Instagram reels, stories, posts, highlights, captions, hashtags & trends Grow followers organically through creative content and engagement strategies Understand target audience behaviour and platform insights Come up with

out-of-the-box content ideas

aligned with brand identity Maintain posting calendars and ensure consistency across platforms Monitor engagement, DMs, comments and community interactions Build and strengthen the company's

digital & social media presence

Secondary Responsibilities (Digital Marketing - Support Role)

Support basic digital marketing activities like lead generation campaigns Assist in running social media ads (Meta Ads - basic understanding preferred) Track performance of campaigns and content using platform insights Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and reporting

Additional Responsibilities

Support client servicing activities when required Coordinate with designers, content creators and vendors Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes & formats

Requirements

Proven experience in

social media handling (Instagram-focused)

Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills Clear understanding of how to grow and manage social media accounts Hands-on experience with Instagram & Facebook tools and insights Good communication and coordination skills Experience in a

digital marketing agency or event management company

is a plus

NOT a pure performance marketing or SEO role

Candidates must have

hands-on experience managing social media pages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
