Social Media Marketing Specialist

to take our online presence to the next level.

Job Responsibilities

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will:

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals. Manage and grow our presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.). Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.). Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates. Run paid ad campaigns and optimize for maximum ROI. Track and analyse performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights. Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency. Engage with the community, respond to comments/messages, and build strong customer relationships.
Requirements

Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role. Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Knowledge of paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and content creation skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media data.
Preferred Skills

SEO and content marketing knowledge. Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
