Social Media Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.). Assist in creating social media campaigns that align with brand goals. Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry news. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries. Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions). Support paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads (if applicable). Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and best practices in social media.

Requirements

For 1+ Years of Experience:

Hands-on experience in managing social media pages for brands or organizations. Working knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.). Experience in running and optimizing paid social campaigns (preferred). Ability to analyze data and prepare social media performance reports. Proven creativity in content ideation and campaign execution.

Key Skills

Creativity and storytelling ability. Basic graphic designing & video editing knowledge. Analytical thinking with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
