Social Media Associate,

but here's the twist: your main platform will be

, not Instagram.

If you're the kind of person who:

spots what's trending before it trends can write like a real human (not brand cringe) loves internet culture + community dynamics and doesn't need hand-holding to ship daily
...this role will feel fun.

What you'll do (daily/weekly):

Write and publish

Reddit comments + posts

for brand accounts Research subreddit rules + tone (and never get us removed) Turn brand mentions (including negative ones) into calm, smart responses Track what performs and double down on what works

Who this is for:

0-2 years experience is totally okay Strong writing + internet taste matters more than credentials You've run meme pages / community accounts / social handles before (any platform) You're consistent -- you can show up daily and ship

Not a fit if

You're only interested in Instagram aesthetics or Canva work You dislike writing or engaging in conversations You need rigid step-by-step instructions for every task
