to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and analyzing social media content across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement. Create, curate, and manage content (text, image, video) for all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and others. Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later). Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to align social media content with broader campaigns and goals. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Run paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Work with influencers or brand ambassadors to expand reach and visibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 2+years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role. Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn). Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics, and reporting. Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills. Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) are a plus. Experience with social media advertising and budget management is preferred
