About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with Bharat Masala's brand identity
2. Create high-quality content, including recording and editing videos, reels, and stories for Instagram and Facebook
3. Post engaging content regularly to captivate our audience and promote our products
4. Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and fostering community interaction
5. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to grow followers and engagement
6. Plan and run effective ad campaigns on Instagram and Facebook to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand awareness
7. Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in social media marketing

2. Photography skills: Ability to take aesthetically pleasing product and lifestyle photos for posts

4. Language proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati for better audience engagement
5. Creative writing skills: Ability to craft catchy captions and compelling storytelling
