About Tarachand Ramnath Seva Trust

In the year 2007, Shri Shrikantji Hanmantrami Rathi established the Tarachand Ramnath Seva Trust to ensure a deeper focus on key community issues with a strategic vision to spark social change.

With the vision of -bringing communities together to create and sustain a better tomorrow-, the Tarachand Ramnath Seva trust is now the main media of social change for the family. With the involvement of the next generation of the family, Shri. Nandkishoreji Rathi, and Shri. Ratanji Rathi, the organization has transitioned from a traditional charitable approach to a more philanthropic, problem-solving attitude.

In its new avatar, the trust has three key focus areas: Good Health & Well Being; Quality Education, and Sustainable Cities. In all these verticals, the trust employs basic principles of leverage, i.e. to take up initiatives, where the impact of their investment is at least doubled by the ecosystem.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Achieving the aim
2. Building up strategies and various ways to increase reach and gain traction
3. Working closely with the content and design team
4. Creating Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook growth strategies
5. Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
6. Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
7. Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI
8. Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
9. Publishing/Posting on various social media platforms
10. Building communities
11. Monitoring SEO and web traffic metrics
12. Collaborating with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
13. Communicating with followers, responding to queries promptly, and monitoring customer reviews
