Propclicks Marketing Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team in Kolkata. The role focuses on planning, creating and executing digital content for Dubai Real Estate Projects, ensuring consistent brand visibility, strong engagement and quality lead generation across all social media platforms.
Candidates with prior experience working for a real estate company will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Content Ideation & Strategy
Develop fresh, platform-specific content ideas aligned with business objectives.
Track and integrate the latest social media trends, market updates, and Dubai real estate insights.
Analyze audience behavior and content performance to optimize content strategy.
Content Calendar Management
Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
Ensure daily posting across platforms without delays.
Coordinate with designers, content marketers, videographers, video editors, and the mortgage team.
Social Media Execution & Engagement
Publish posts, reels, stories, and announcements daily.
Respond promptly to comments and direct messages.
Maintain a structured lead-tracking sheet for all inquiries received via social media.
Analytics & Reporting
Prepare monthly social media performance reports.
Track follower growth, engagement metrics, reach, and post performance.
Recommend strategies to improve visibility, engagement, and lead conversions. Trend Research
Monitor real estate news, UAE market updates, digital marketing trends, and global social media changes.
Adapt content strategies based on emerging trends.
Brand Consistency & Team Coordination
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent communication.
Maintain brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across all social platforms.
