About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to take ownership of our online presence across various social platforms. The ideal candidate will manage content creation, grow our community, run campaigns, and increase brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Mandatory of Google ads and Meta ads.
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, stories, reels, and videos across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Manage social media calendars to ensure consistent posting.
Monitor analytics, measure performance, and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement.
Run paid ad campaigns and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams for campaign execution.
Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community.
Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Work with influencers and content creators for brand collaborations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Analytics tools).
Ability to create and edit content (basic design/video editing skills preferred).
Strong communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
Experience running paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads (added advantage).
