We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to translate business and sales team inputs into a structured marketing calendar and ensure seamless execution across all digital channels. This role requires strong coordination skills to work closely with designers, copywriters, content creators, performance marketing teams, and the website development team while managing social campaigns end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media management, automation tools, campaign execution, and a keen awareness of emerging technologies and AI solutions to optimize results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Calendar Planning & Execution
Convert inputs from business and sales teams into a clear, actionable social media marketing calendar.
Ensure timely execution of planned campaigns across relevant social media platforms.
2. Content Coordination & Publishing
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and content creators to ensure high-quality, engaging, and aligned content delivery.
Oversee scheduling and posting of content using automation tools where applicable.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Support the performance marketing team with creatives, content, and scheduling for paid campaigns.
Co-ordinate with the website development team to create, update, and optimize landing pages for lead generation campaigns.
4. Social Media & Campaign Management
Manage and monitor official social media handles to ensure brand consistency.
Track campaign performance, engagement, and lead generation effectiveness.
5. AI & Automation Integration
Leverage emerging AI-based tools for content ideation, scheduling, analytics, and process automation.
Continuously identify improvements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
6. SEO & Traffic Optimization
Apply SEO best practices to social media content and website campaign pages.
Stay updated on technology trends and industry best practices for increasing social reach and website traffic.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Proven experience (
3-6 years
preferred) in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Familiarity with tools for social media scheduling/automation (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.).
Awareness and working knowledge of AI tools for marketing and automation.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO strategies and implementation for traffic generation.
Hands-on experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams (design, content, performance marketing, and tech).
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced business needs.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in running social ad campaigns jointly with performance marketing teams.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, or other analytics platforms.
Awareness of tech and digital marketing innovations (e.g., AI, AR/VR in marketing).
