Social Media Marketing Manager / Paid Meta Specialist

to manage and optimize

Facebook & Instagram campaigns

for both the UK and Indian markets.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook & Instagram. Develop strategies to maximize ROI and drive conversions. Manage budgets, forecasting, and campaign performance tracking. Collaborate with the creative team to build engaging ad creatives. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports. Run A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness. Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes and social media marketing trends.

Requirements

6 - 10 years

of hands-on experience with Paid Social / Meta Ads campaigns. Strong expertise in

Meta Ads Manager

and audience targeting. Proven record of managing high-budget ad campaigns with measurable success. Proficiency in

Excel

(PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, formulas). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to create compelling ad copy and collaborate with design teams. Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence.
