Key Responsibilities

Research industry trends, competitors, and target audience behavior Plan, execute, and optimize

social media strategies aligned with business goals

Manage and monitor

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads

campaigns (compulsory) Set measurable goals, track performance, and report ROI for social media and paid campaigns Oversee and manage social media accounts:

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter & Pinterest

Lead, mentor, and manage a

team of social media executives

Coordinate with design, sales, and management teams for brand consistency Plan brand awareness activities like promotions, offers, giveaways, and influencer marketing Monitor traffic and conversions using

Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Ads Manager

Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates Analyze team performance and provide data-driven feedback and training

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (Preferred)

Minimum 2-3 years of experience

in social media marketing

At least 1-2 years of experience managing a team

(minimum 4 members preferred)

Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads (Mandatory)

Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and reporting tools Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Highly organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking
