Job Description

We are seeking an

experienced and strategic Social Media Marketing Head

to lead and scale our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth for our

e-commerce business

through data-driven social strategies and high-impact content.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute

end-to-end social media strategies

aligned with business goals Lead content planning, creation, and publishing across

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, and emerging platforms

Manage and grow

organic and paid social media performance

Plan and execute

product launches, influencer campaigns, and festive promotions

Collaborate with design, performance marketing, and e-commerce teams Track and analyze KPIs such as

engagement, reach, traffic, conversions, and ROAS

Oversee

community management

, including comments, DMs, and brand reputation Manage social media calendars, budgets, and campaign timelines Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity Mentor and manage social media executives, designers, and agencies
Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience

in social media marketing (e-commerce experience preferred) Proven track record of

scaling brand presence and driving sales through social media

Strong understanding of

Instagram & Facebook algorithms, reels, short-form video, and influencer marketing

Experience with

paid social campaigns

and analytics tools Excellent content sense, copy skills, and storytelling ability Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills Leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands

Familiarity with tools like

Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout

Knowledge of

UGC, creator collaborations, and performance creatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
