Role & responsibilities
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions.
Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels and maintain brand integrity.
Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, website, print, social media, etc.) to promote products and services.
Oversee the creation of engaging content (blogs, social media posts, website, newsletters, etc.) to attract and retain customers.
Manage online marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing to enhance online presence.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Analyse campaign performance and market trends, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Foster relationships with customers and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Organize and manage promotional events, trade shows, and webinars to increase brand awareness and engage with customers.
Develop and execute marketing strategies that highlight the company's environmental initiatives and compliance with ISO 14001 standards.
Collaborate with EHS, Quality, and Operations teams to integrate environmental messages into marketing campaigns and communications
Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to stay competitive.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors / Masters' degree in business, marketing or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Familiarity with CRM software and other Marketing tools, as well as basic data analysis.
Effective prioritization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills.
