Key Result Areas/Responsibilities: Communicate the story of JAWA and Yezdi\'s (and other associated brands) heritage through content and social media. Content Management - Creation and compilation of content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Google+, Blogs, etc. Campaign Management - including the creation of monthly plans and calendars, scheduling, Facebook page boosting and management to maximize campaign outreach. Also includes planning and execution of paid campaigns across different social media platforms. Account Management - including requirement gathering, feedback monitoring, and optimization to increase engagement. Develop strong community management, including reactive and proactive content management (generate good buzz, news hacking) for all channels. Closely work with internal and external stakeholders to generate and use creative content depending on various accounts and their requirements. Strategize and execute blogger outreach programs. Desired Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and community management in a fast-paced start up environment. Be a storyteller who keeps their pulse on new and emerging ways to bring the brand narrative to life with great content. Expertise in engaging audiences on social platforms by having a strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram & Twitter - Content, Posting, Metrics, Measurement & Media spends. Experience either within social media agencies or within digital/social media departments in creative and strategic brands. Must be super passionate about motorcycles (non-negotiable) and should be voice of digital customer in the company. Naturally curious and creative. Able to innovate to solve problems. Constantly looking for ways to improve upon things. Strong conceptual thinker, someone who understands the trends and is up to date with the current social media landscape.
