We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager who can bring fresh ideas, lead a team and manage client coordination effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset and hands-on experience in managing multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative social media strategies and content ideas Lead, guide and manage a team of social media executives, video editors and designers Plan content calendars and oversee daily posting across platforms Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery Monitor performance, analyse insights and optimise campaigns Stay updated with social media trends, tools and platform updates
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management Proven ability to lead a team and handle multiple projects Strong communication and client coordination skills Creative thinker with a proactive approach Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
