Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to manage, execute, and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building brand awareness, driving engagement, and delivering measurable business results through social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals
Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
Plan and execute social media calendars, campaigns, and product launches
Manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, A/B testing, and performance optimization
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews
Work with influencers and partners to execute collaborations and campaigns
Manage crisis communication and brand reputation on social platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
Strong understanding of major social platforms and their algorithms
Experience with social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, etc.)
Hands-on experience with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Excellent content writing and storytelling skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights
Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social trends is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Experience in [industry, if applicable - e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, lifestyle, B2B]
Basic understanding of graphic design/video tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
