Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Pune.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Daily responsibilities include content creation and scheduling, community management, social media advertising, performance tracking, and collaboration with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

The ideal candidate should be highly creative, data-driven, and passionate about building strong online communities.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with brand goals Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all major platforms Manage social media accounts, monitor trends, and engage with followers Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to measure success and optimize campaigns Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to produce cohesive visual and written content Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and platform updates QualificationsExpert in canva, time management Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) Strong understanding of social media analytics, algorithms, and audience behavior Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding consistency Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field Experience in the media, marketing, or entertainment industry is an advantage

Pay: Up to ?15,000.00 per month
