Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative
Social Media Marketing Manager
to take charge of Flax's digital presence. This role will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage with our community, and drive growth across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for a QSR/food brand audience.
Manage daily content creation (reels, videos, stories, posts) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Conceptualize and execute campaigns that highlight product launches, combos, offers, and promotions.
Collaborate with design, food styling, and creative teams to produce visually appealing and appetizing content.
Plan and run influencer collaborations, digital partnerships, and UGC campaigns.
Monitor platform analytics, track KPIs, and present monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with operations/brand team for promotions that drive footfall/orders.
Manage community engagement - respond to DMs, comments, and customer queries in a brand-consistent tone.
Support paid media campaigns for lead generation, promotions, and brand awareness.
Keep up with digital trends, competitor strategies, and QSR-focused marketing innovations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing, with at least 2 years in QSR/F&B industry.
Strong understanding of QSR dynamics - offers, combos, menu promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging digital platforms.
Hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
Proficiency with social media analytics tools.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
A creative mindset with the ability to adapt content to different audience segments.
Strong organizational and project management skills to handle fast-paced campaigns.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
