:We are seeking a confident and persuasive Influencer & Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing influencer relationships with a strong hand--ensuring influencers adhere to our brand standards while keeping costs in check. You will also be responsible for setting lead-generation targets and driving our organic content strategy both locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Management & Negotiation:
Engage with influencers and ensure they follow brand guidelines and campaign strategies. Use strong communication and negotiation skills to maintain cost-effectiveness and smooth collaborations.
Lead Generation Targets:
Take responsibility for setting and achieving lead generation goals through influencer and content marketing efforts.
International Scope:
Manage influencer campaigns not just in India, but also in international markets, ensuring global consistency in messaging.
Content Oversight:
Supervise the creation of additional content videos and other organic marketing initiatives.
Performance Reporting:
Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reports.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing with strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage and motivate influencers to align with brand standards while keeping costs under control.
Experience in setting and meeting lead generation targets.
Comfortable working across international markets and coordinating global campaigns.
