Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies (
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X
, etc.)
Build, manage, and grow communities with high engagement and conversion focus
Create monthly content calendars aligned with sales objectives
Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver impactful, ROI-focused campaigns
Drive consistent
lead generation and sales conversions
from social channels
2. Performance & Sales Management
Set, monitor, and achieve
monthly and quarterly sales targets
through paid and organic social campaigns
Strategically plan ad spends across
Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads
to maximize ROI
Conduct
A/B testing
for creatives, landing pages, and call-to-action funnels
Track metrics like
CPL (Cost Per Lead)
,
CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
, and
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Align marketing activities directly with sales KPIs and business growth goals
3. Analytics & Optimization
Measure and report campaign performance using
Google Analytics
,
Meta Business Suite
, and
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Provide
weekly and monthly reports
with actionable insights
Optimize campaigns continuously for higher conversion and reduced acquisition cost
Identify opportunities for automation, retargeting, and funnel optimization
4. Collaboration & Leadership
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, content, and sales) for seamless execution
Train and mentor junior social media executives and interns
Maintain strong alignment with business and revenue teams to ensure
marketing equals measurable sales
Key Requirements
Minimum
5 years of proven experience
in managing high-performance social media campaigns
Mandatory:
Track record of achieving
sales or revenue targets
through digital marketing
Expertise in
Google Ads
,
Meta Ads
, and
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Proficiency in
Google Analytics
,
Tag Manager
, and CRM integration
Excellent command of
marketing funnels
,
lead generation
, and
conversion optimization
Strong creative and analytical mindset -- able to merge data insights with compelling content strategy
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications:

Experience in

Familiarity with
