Position Overview: As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company\'s social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support overall business goals. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company\'s goals and objectives. Content Creation: Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content consistency and alignment with overall marketing efforts. Platform Management: Manage and oversee the company\'s social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging features to optimize content and strategy. Community Engagement: Build and nurture a community of followers and fans by actively engaging with the audience through comments, messages, and social media groups. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to promote products, services, events, or other marketing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all marketing channels. Social Listening: Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant conversations. Use social listening tools to gather insights and adjust the social media strategy accordingly. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
