Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
o Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies for both organic and paid growth.
o Plan and manage pan-India campaigns for brand and product launches.
o Oversee all social media channels: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
o Align social media efforts with business objectives and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Content, Copy & AI Tools
o Supervise and contribute to content and copywriting for posts, ads, and landing pages.
o Lead the use of AI tools for content creation (text, image, video) and campaign automation.
o Oversee and review design and content creation for all channels.
Lead Generation & Funnel Automation
o Design, implement, and optimize lead generation funnels for webinars and other initiatives.
o Manage and coordinate telemarketing teams and webinar content.
Paid Advertising & Analytics
o Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
o Manage landing pages, ad creatives, and performance tracking.
o Analyze campaign results and optimize future campaigns using data-driven insights.
Team & Project Leadership
o Lead and mentor a team of social media designers, editors, and telemarketers.
o Oversee the social profiles of founders and subject matter experts.
o Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all social media and marketing initiatives.
Market & Industry Knowledge
o Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, AI tools, and digital marketing.
o Understand Indian geography, regional nuances, and audience segmentation for pan-India campaigns.
