This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about storytelling, understands the nuances of B2B marketing, and possesses a deep knowledge of social media platforms. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence, improve our marketing and sales efforts, specifically generate traffic, leads, and impressions, and engage our B2B audience effectively. Key Responsibilities : Develop, implement, and manage our B2B social media strategy to align with business goals, focusing on generating traffic, leads, and increasing impressions among a B2B audience. Create engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts tailored to a B2B audience, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics with a B2B lens. Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players in the B2B space, and coordinate actions. Analyze the performance of social media campaigns targeting B2B audiences and use data to inform future strategies. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies, especially as they relate to B2B marketing. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong B2B network. Requirements : Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, specifically with a strong focus on B2B marketing. Demonstrated ability to generate traffic, leads, and increase impressions through social media campaigns in a B2B context. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media best practices, with a deep understanding of B2B strategies. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics, particularly in relation to B2B marketing. Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research in a B2B setting. Good understanding of social media KPIs, especially as they apply to B2B marketing. Familiarity with web design and publishing - not mandatory. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Team player with excellent communication skills. Good time-management skills. Have 3-5 years of experience in the same field.
