Key Responsibilities

1. Advertising (Performance Marketing)



Strategy & Execution:

Plan, set up, and manage campaigns across

Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search & Display), and YouTube Ads.

Campaign Goals:

Drive specific objectives such as Nitya Sevasign-ups, festival donations (e.g., Janmashtami), and increasing general brand awareness.

Optimisation: Monitor

ad budgets, A/B test creatives/audiences, and optimise for the lowest Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and highest Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Reporting:

Provide weekly reports on ad performance, reach, and donation conversions.

2. Content Creation (Video Editing & Repurposing)



The "Clips" Specialist:

Watch daily lectures, Aratis, or event footage and identify "viral-worthy" moments.

Editing:

Edit these moments into high-quality, engaging short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks) using tools like

Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.

Graphics:

Create attractive thumbnails and ad creatives (using Canva or Photoshop) that drive clicks.

3. Social Media Management



Scheduling:

Manage the content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Community tabs.

Engagement:

Respond to comments and messages in a tone appropriate for a spiritual organization.

Growth:

Implement strategies to grow our follower base organically.

Pay: ?15,166.53 - ?30,443.44 per month
