Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute monthly content calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
Create and manage engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels, infographics)
Plan and run paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google
Track KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, CTR, conversions, and report performance
Coordinate with designers, content writers, and video editors to produce high-quality assets
Monitor trends and competitor activity to refine strategy
Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions professionally and promptly
Optimize pages for SEO (when applicable) and social search visibility
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align campaigns with business goals
Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years
of proven experience in social media marketing
Strong portfolio or examples of managed brand pages/accounts
Proficiency in tools like
Meta Ads Manager

LinkedIn Campaign Manager
,
Canva
,
Buffer/Hootsuite
, and
Google Analytics
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Knowledge of IT/software/digital industry is a strong plus
Ability to analyze metrics and tweak strategy accordingly
