Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Manage day-to-day social media activities including posts, stories, reels, comments, and DMs.
Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.
Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to optimize content and campaigns.
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for campaign planning and execution.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships when required.
Requirements:
2+ years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends.
Experience with social media ads (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
Good content sense with basic knowledge of design tools like Canva (or similar).
Strong communication skills and creativity.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
