Percoyo is a digital transformation consultancy offering services in digital marketing, design, technology, and strategy. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team and help enhance our clients' online presence.

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Social Media Marketing Executive with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in managing and executing social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and more. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of current social media trends, content strategies, and engagement metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content on social media platforms. Manage daily posting and interactions on company and client social handles. Work closely with the design team to produce creative visuals and video content. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns using analytics tools. Stay up-to-date with platform changes and emerging trends. Assist in running paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) - basic knowledge expected. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain brand voice. Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 6 months to 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing. Hands-on experience with tools like Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc. Basic knowledge of social media advertising and analytics tools. Good understanding of content strategy, hashtags, and audience engagement. Creative thinking and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
