About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Creating impactful and engaging content for cosmetic, skincare, and fragrance products, including Instagram posts, Reels, and YouTube videos.
2. Promoting content online and working on digital marketing campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and sales for the products.
3. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective social media strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging.
4. Monitoring and analyzing social media performance, identifying trends, and suggesting improvements for content and campaigns.
5. Engaging with the online community, responding to comments and messages to build brand loyalty and customer relationships.
6. Assisting in influencer collaborations and campaigns to expand brand reach and visibility.
7. Staying updated on the latest trends in cosmetics, skincare, and fragrances to ensure content stays relevant and appealing.
8. Supporting the team in creating and managing promotional activities, giveaways, and contests to boost engagement.

Other requirements
1. Must have completed a bachelor's degree or be available for a full-time, 3-6 month internship.
2. Proficient in social media content creation and editing.
3. Strong understanding and interest in cosmetics, skincare, and fragrances.
4. Excellent written communication skills.
5. Ability to create engaging content such as reels, videos, and posts.
6. Prior experience with social media projects or internships is a plus.
7. A course in digital marketing or social media marketing is a plus.
8. Content creators are preferred.
9. Stipend: xe2x82xb910,000/month + freebies/sample products.
