About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives
2. Create, curate, and distribute engaging content across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube)
3. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to measure ROI and identify trends
4. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a strong online community
5. Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure consistent messaging and branding
6. Integrate social media channels with automation platforms to streamline workflows and increase efficiency
7. Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and industry best practices
Requirements:
1. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
3. Ability to create high-quality social media content (text, images, and videos)
4. Proficiency in social media analytics tools
5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Experience with social media automation platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Zapier
