2. Handle Malaysia social media communications & app communication, creative writing
3. Handle social media escalations, replies & Malaysia GoMechanic pages
4. Write creative copies for brand communications
5. Work on creative writing, copywriting, and social media management
6. Manage social media & other brand channels like Whatsapp, app notifications, brand flows, etc.
