About Fiva

We are a social medium catering strictly to Indian internet users. Fiva has been built to empower the latest internet users of India and allow them to share their own content, in their own languages. This has multiple aspects to it. For one, it provides a social platform for everyone to share content ranging from humor and devotion to politics and regional updates.

The idea is for individuals to follow each other along with personalities on our platform. This not only gives these personalities a greater context with their local followers but also a ground check clock on local sentiments. Second, it allows individuals from various corners, who have moved away from their motherland because of work or other opportunities, to be connected to updates from their own social circle(s).

About the internship

Select intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contribute to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers
2. Obtain market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support
3. Maintain online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs
4. Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data
5. Develop new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources
6. Maintain the research database by identifying and assembling marketing information
7. Provide marketing information by answering questions and requests
8. Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
9. Complete social media marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
10. Maintain social media marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
11. Maintain social media marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
12. Develop marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities
