About the internship

We are looking for a talented social media manager to drive our overall social media strategy and administer our social media accounts. You will manage our client companies\' image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and implement a social media strategy for companies to align with growth and profitability goals
2. Develop proper content, captions, and hashtags for social media
3. Set specific campaign objectives and report on ROI
4. Create & manage a social media marketing calendar
5. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
6. Perform research on competitor\'s social media activity
7. Monitor engagement and web traffic metrics
8. Oversee all social media accounts\' design & management
9. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness like promotions and competitions
10. Develop a testing framework so as to test the effectiveness of competitor campaigns
11. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Marketing, journalism, PR, or related degree
2. Hands-on experience in content management
3. Excellent copywriting skills
4. Strong project management skills
5. Can do\' attitude
