About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Google AdWords, and LinkedIn
2. Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
3. Oversee budgeting, reporting, pacing, and auditing of ad campaigns
4. Work closely with internal teams (like design and content) to develop compelling ad creative
5. Maintain knowledge of digital ad technology, real-time bidding, ad exchanges, and advanced targeting tactics
6. Conduct A/B testing and optimizations to improve campaign performance
7. Create reports and provide insights into the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

Skills & Requirements:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, advertising, or a relevant field
2. Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn
3. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
4. Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
5. Skills and experience in creative content writing
6. Analytical mindset and critical thinking
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
