Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Monitor and respond to comments/messages to ensure community engagement.
Track and report social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, etc.)
Conduct research on current trends, competitors, and target audience preferences.
Collaborate with the content and design team to develop engaging visuals and copy.
Assist in running paid campaigns and promotions on platforms like Meta and LinkedIn.
Brainstorm and suggest new ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content aesthetics.
Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite) is a plus.
Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn.
