Responsibilities

Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across various social media channels Monitor social media accounts for engagement, comments, and messages, ensuring timely responses Support the development of social media campaigns aligned with organisational goals Analyse social media metrics and prepare reports to evaluate campaign performance Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative content ideas Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms Support public relations initiatives by engaging with online communities and influencers Stay updated on the latest trends in social media management and digital marketing

Skills

Strong interest in social media management and digital marketing strategies Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail Basic understanding of public relations principles and practices Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently Familiarity with popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ability to analyse data using social media analytics tools is a plus Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
