Job Description

Ability to collaborate with the marketing team to create effective social media strategies. Foster customer relationships by addressing questions and issues promptly, and providing support. Using social media marketing tools to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns. Promoting content and other products and services in ways that preserve the brand image of the organization. Identifying faults in digital marketing strategies and proposing ways to improve. Setting achievable goals and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns. Scheduling posts across multiple social media channels. Creating different content like texts, videos, and images for social media platforms. Closely monitoring data analytics to assess how ongoing promotions are performing. Collaborating with colleagues from different marketing departments to ensure consistent branding. Staying ahead of current trends in social media and informing the management about relevant changes that can impact marketing activities.
