Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated

Social Media Marketing Intern

who will assist in managing our social media platforms, coordinating with external SMM agencies, supporting SEO activities, and strengthening the overall digital presence of the company.

Key Responsibilities

1) Social Media Marketing

a) Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook,You tube, LinkedIn, and Google Business

b) Monitor engagement, messages, comments, and respond as required

c) Track social media performance and prepare basic reports

2) Coordination with SMM Agency

a) Follow up with t he Social Media Marketing agency on content calendars, creatives, and posting schedules

b) Plan and coordinate for the photo and video shoots with SMM Agency and Management

c) Ensure brand messaging and business objectives are properly communicated

d) Coordinate feedback and approvals in a timely manner

3) SEO & Website Support

a) Assist with basic SEO activities including keyword research and content optimization

b) Support updates on the website, blogs, and digital listings

c) Coordinate with SEO partners or agencies for reports and improvements

4) Digital Presence Management

a) Maintain consistent branding across all online platforms

b) Monitor Google Business Profile, online directories, and reviews

c) Research competitor digital activity and suggest improvements

Skills & Qualification

1) Student or recent graduate with a

background in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field

2) Strong

aesthetic and visual sensibility

for social media creatives, layouts, and branding

3) Basic understanding of content planning, reels/posts, and digital trends

4) Familiarity with SEO fundamentals is a plus

5) Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills

6) Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Preferred Skills & Tools

Canva or basic design tools Meta Business Suite / social media scheduling tools Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, or SEO tools MS Excel / Google Sheets
