Job Title: Social Media ManagerRole Overview
We're looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that social media is not just about posting--it's about building relevance, consistency, and trust. This role owns content planning, execution, and engagement across platforms, working closely with founders, design, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage day-to-day social media activity across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms
Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand, business goals, and campaigns
Write clear, engaging captions and adapt tone for each platform
Coordinate with designers and video editors to produce posts, carousels, and short-form videos
Monitor comments, DMs, and engagement; respond in line with brand voice
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and share insights
Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform changes and apply them thoughtfully
Support launches, announcements, campaigns, and employer branding initiatives
Maintain consistency in brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all channels
Requirements
1-4 years of experience managing social media for a brand, startup, or agency
Strong writing skills and a good sense of storytelling
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Instagram (Twitter/X is a plus)
Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking
Ability to work independently and manage timelines
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, feedback-driven environment
Good to Have
Experience in B2B, SaaS, EdTech, or startup ecosystems
Basic understanding of content design workflows (Canva, Figma, Adobe, etc.)
Experience with scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, etc.)
Exposure to short-form video formats and trends
