. We're looking for a

creative, proactive, and trend-savvy Social Media & Marketing Intern

to help us grow our online presence and bring a fresh Gen Z voice to our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Create

1 engaging post + stories daily for Instagram

Create

1 LinkedIn post every alternate day

Create

2-3 reels per week

that tell stories, show behind-the-scenes, or simplify what Fasshinix does Plan monthly content calendars & campaigns aligned with fashion trends Engage with followers and build relationships with fashion brands, creators, and entrepreneurs Actively

engage and comment

on posts from other fashion brands, founders, and communities on Instagram & LinkedIn

Brand Outreach & Growth

Research and identify potential

fashion brands or startups

to collaborate with Send

at least 50 cold messages daily

via Instagram or WhatsApp Draft and send

cold emails daily

to brands for potential partnerships or collaborations Maintain a simple

Google Sheet or CRM

to track outreach and follow-ups

Marketing Campaigns

Assist in

planning and running performance marketing campaigns

(Meta Ads, influencer tie-ups, collaborations) Help create

content calendars and campaign ideas

around trends, festivals, and founder stories Monitor analytics and share weekly insights to improve engagement, reach, and conversions

Creativity & AI Tools

Use AI tools

only as creative aids

, not shortcuts -- your ideas and originality matter most Take inspiration from trends, but ensure every post feels authentic and in line with Fasshinix's brand personality We value

Blog & SEO

Write

1 blog per week

on fashion manufacturing, brand growth, or sustainability to help improve Fasshinix's SEO and website ranking Research relevant keywords and topics that position Fasshinix as a thought leader in the fashion manufacturing space

Field & Office Work

You may occasionally be

called to factories

to shoot behind-the-scenes videos and reels for campaigns You may also be

called to our office

occasionally for brainstorming sessions, campaign shoots, or team discussions All travel will be communicated well in advance

Requirements

Passion for

fashion, storytelling, and digital marketing

Strong understanding of

Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form content trends

Good communication skills (English & Hindi) Basic knowledge of

Canva, Photoshop, CapCut

, or willingness to learn quickly Strong research and writing skills (for blogs and captions) Self-driven, creative, and consistent with deadlines Prior experience in social media, content, or marketing internships is a plus

This will come with expanded responsibilities -- handling a small content team,
leading campaigns, and scaling Fasshinix's online brand presence across platforms.
