Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Manage and oversee all social media accounts of BharatGo including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
Content Creation:
Design engaging posts, create reels, videos, and write effective and impactful headings and post copies.
Graphic Design & Video Editing:
Utilize graphic design and video editing skills to create visually appealing and engaging content.
Copywriting:
Craft compelling and engaging post copies and headlines that resonate with our audience.
Hashtag Strategy:
Develop and implement an effective hashtag strategy to improve post visibility and reach.
SEO & Keywords:
Utilize keywords to improve organic reach and ensure content is optimized for search engines.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor, review, and analyze the performance of social media posts, and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and reach.
Ad Management:
Place paid ads on social media, manage ad accounts, schedule posts, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
Engagement:
Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase reach, followers, coverage, engagement, and build a strong online presence.
Creativity & Innovation:
Continuously explore new trends, tools, and techniques to enhance our social media presence.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing goals.
Requirements:
Experience:
Proven hands-on experience in social media management, graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.
Skills:
o Strong graphic design and video editing skills. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
o Creative thinking and attention to detail. o Proficiency in using social media management tools. o Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. o Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
o Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization.

Education:
