Job Summary:
Mio Design is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern
to support our work on
Metropolitan Stock Exchange
, a fast-paced stock exchange client that operates in a
high-octane, always-on environment
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, thrives under deadlines, and wants hands-on exposure to both
digital content management and client servicing
within an advertising agency setup.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Instagram Management
Assist in managing MSE's Instagram and other social / digital media platforms
Coordinate content posting, scheduling, and calendar management
Ensure timely publishing of posts as per market hours, announcements, and briefs
Support content coordination with the creative and strategy teams
Monitor posts, basic engagement, and flag queries/comments when required
Client Servicing Support
Assist the Client Servicing team in day-to-day coordination with the MSE account
Help prepare client presentations (PPTs) and internal decks
Maintain trackers, reports, and schedules using Excel/Google Sheets
Support in basic invoicing coordination and documentation
Ensure smooth follow-ups and timely execution of tasks
Requirements:
0-1 years
of experience in handling social media accounts,
Strong understanding of
Instagram and social media workflows
Basic knowledge of content scheduling tools is a plus
Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
Good written and verbal communication skills
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, real-time environment
