Through products like Infexn(TM) and DGx, we are bridging science and society--making complex diagnostics accessible, actionable, and impactful.Role OverviewWe're looking for a Social Media Intern who is passionate about science communication, storytelling, and digital engagement. You'll work closely with the marketing and scientific writing teams to craft content that educates, engages, and builds trust across platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirementsWhat You'll Gain

Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) Repurpose scientific content into bite-sized, engaging formats (reels, carousels, infographics, stories) Monitor trends and propose creative campaign ideas aligned with brand and audience interests Engage with followers, respond to queries/comments, and build an active community Track social media metrics and provide regular performance insights Support campaigns around product launches, awareness days, and events Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related fields
Strong interest in science communication and digital storytelling

Familiarity with social platforms and tools like Canva, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc. Good written communication skills and basic visual/design sense Ability to work with fast-moving teams and adapt tone as per audience (B2B and B2C) First-hand experience in running social campaigns in a high-impact, science-driven startup Mentorship in content strategy, analytics, and healthcare communication Opportunity to contribute to a purpose-led brand shaping the future of diagnostics Certificate and possible full-time opportunity based on performance
