Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and creative

Social Media Manager

to enhance our brand visibility, manage our online presence, and execute effective marketing strategies. The candidate will be responsible for creating content, managing social media accounts, running ad campaigns, and engaging with customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Management

Create daily posts for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. Develop photos, videos, reels, stories, infographics, and banners. Maintain and update a monthly content calendar.

Social Media Handling

Manage all company social media pages professionally. Develop strategies to increase followers and engagement. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.

Marketing & Promotion

Plan and manage paid ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads). Execute lead generation campaigns. Develop marketing strategies to improve brand visibility.

Analysis & Reporting

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on reach, engagement, and growth statistics. Analyze performance and suggest improvements.

Collaboration

Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams. Stay updated on trends and customer preferences to improve strategies.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of all social media platforms. Experience with design tools like Canva or Photoshop. Good content writing skills. Basic video editing skills (Reels/Shorts). Experience with paid ad campaign management. Ability to use analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights). Creative thinking and good branding sense.

Qualifications

Any Bachelor's degree (Preference for Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media). Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.

Salary

Freelance/Part-time options with project-based payment available.

6. Additional Requirements

Strong time management. Ability to generate creative and strategic ideas. Ability to handle live event coverage (if required). Quick learning and awareness of new social media trends.
