Social Media Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in

developing and executing social media strategies

across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and other platforms.

Create, curate, and schedule

posts, reels, stories, and videos that connect with our audience and reflect our brand style.

Monitor and track performance metrics

, analyze insights, and suggest improvements for better reach and engagement.

Engage actively

with the online community -- respond to comments, messages, and reviews professionally and promptly. Work closely with the

marketing and design teams

to maintain brand consistency and support larger campaign goals. Stay informed about the latest

social media trends, tools, and creative ideas

to keep Alacritys' content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certification in

Digital Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields.

Strong interest or prior experience in managing social media platforms. Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement practices. Good written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. A

creative and proactive mindset

with the ability to think outside the box. Ability to

work independently

and contribute as part of a team.

Compensation:

Stipend:

?8,000 - ?12,000 per month (based on skills and commitment).
