About the Role:

We're seeking proactive and creative

Social Media Marketing Interns

to manage and grow the digital presence of a

reality show celebrity

and support

brand management

across clients. This role blends content creation, brand strategy, research, and client interaction -- ideal for someone eager to dive into the world of influencer marketing and digital brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Celebrity Social Media Management

Content Mining:

Identify trending reels, formats, memes, and viral content suitable for the celeb's social platforms.

Posting & Scheduling:

Manage regular content posting across Instagram, YouTube, Threads, and more.

Trend Spotting:

Stay ahead of content trends to ensure fresh, engaging output.

Brand Strategy & Execution

Assist in managing

brand collaborations

-- from ideation and strategy to campaign execution. Coordinate with brands for deliverables, timelines, and creative approvals. Support in executing brand campaigns for the celebrity's social channels and/or independent clients.

Client Interaction & Conversion

Handle client calls

to understand brand needs, pitch services, and convert potential leads into business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with brands, influencers, and agency partners.

Research & Analysis

Conduct

competitive analysis

for client brands. Identify target audiences and suggest strategies to

tap into competitor customers

. Provide insights and data to

increase brand sales

through targeted digital campaigns.

Requirements:

0-1 year of experience in Social Media/Digital Marketing (internships or freelance experience accepted). Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social content trends. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Research-driven with attention to detail. Creative thinker with a sales and strategy mindset.

Must have your own laptop.

Must be based in Mumbai
