We are a fast fashion Western Casual Wear company for Girls and Women planning to expand out online presence.

Develop, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms.

Create engaging graphics and visuals using tools such as Adobe Illustrator. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and insights through social listening.. Capture high-quality photos and videos and be comfortable appearing on camera when needed. Edit Reels and Shorts using mobile editing apps (intermediate level). Design visuals on Canva (intermediate level).
Requirements:

Intermediate experience in mobile video editing and Canva Strong interest in creativity and a passion for producing engaging content.

Assisting in the creation and scheduling of daily content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok). Monitoring social media channels and engaging with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Conducting research on industry trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices to help inform our content strategy. Supporting the team in analyzing social media performance metrics and generating reports. Contributing creative ideas for new content campaigns, including videos, graphics, and interactive posts. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing department. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall business goals. Conduct proofreading to ensure all content is accurate and free of errors before publication Assist in public relations efforts by promoting events, news, and initiatives through social media channels. Manage social media accounts Create and maintain a content calendar. Run and manage paid advertisements. Creating stories and posts on Canva Product shoot once a week and reel editing Influencer research and coordination WhatsApp updates and coordination Customer service replies over email Creating manual orders and booking return pick-ups
