Handle potential crises or negative feedback swiftly and sensitively, in coordination with relevant teams.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
Track and analyse key metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Deliver regular performance reports with insights and recommendations to optimise future strategies.
Market Research & Trend Monitoring
