Job Role: Social Media Handler / Social Media Executive
Responsibilities:
Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and launches
Manage daily posting, stories, reels, and interactive content
Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry updates to optimize content
Respond to DMs, comments, and customer queries promptly and professionally
Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams for aligned messaging
Track insights, engagement, and growth metrics; prepare monthly reports
Collaborate with influencers and brand partners where needed
Maintain brand tone, aesthetic, and consistency across all platforms
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) and reel editing
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Analytical mindset for reporting and strategy tweaking
Creativity and a keen eye for detail
